THOR Therapeutics develops therapies that address cancer as a systemic disease - not only the tumor, but the metabolic and immunological collapse it drives. We focus on cancer cachexia: a debilitating condition of muscle wasting, weight loss and immune suppression that remains without approved treatment options in most markets.
Our goal is to bring the first GFRAL-targeted therapy to patients - restoring physical function and enhancing the efficacy of existing cancer treatments.
